This is my first recipe I tried. I am not sharing the recipe just like a regular food blog. I will share my experience & confusions as well. Hope you can relate to it.
This recipe is for 2 people. When I tried first time, I saw it on a blog.
- It said take 1 cup soya chunks, but how would I know which cup? I googled some more, it said 250ml cup (as if I know the volume of all the mugs in kitchen). Anyhow, I had 250gm packet, so took half of it.
- Boil some water and soak them for 10-15 mins.
- In the meantime, take 1 big onion and slice it finely. Chop 1 medium sized tomato and 1 green chilly if you want.
